These terms apply to the ReadyQuote iOS application, published by PLANET TECH BILISIM LIMITED SIRKETI ("Starlabs", "we", "us"), Zühtüpaşa Mah. Şefikbey Sok. No:3-3, 34734 Kadıköy, Istanbul, Türkiye. By downloading or using ReadyQuote you agree to these terms.
1. License
ReadyQuote is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
These Terms of Use supplement the Standard EULA. Where they conflict, the Standard EULA controls for matters it covers.
2. What ReadyQuote is
ReadyQuote is a tool for creating quotes and invoices as PDF documents on your iPhone. It works locally on your device, without accounts or servers. ReadyQuote is currently offered on the App Store in the United States only.
3. Free allowance and subscriptions
- You can finalize up to three (3) documents for free.
- Further use requires the ReadyQuote Unlimited auto-renewable subscription:
- Monthly: USD 3.99 per month
- Annual: USD 29.99 per year
- New subscribers may be eligible for a one-time 7-day free trial. Eligibility is determined by Apple.
- Prices are shown in the app before purchase; the price displayed by the App Store at the time of purchase is the price that applies. Prices may change for future billing periods with notice through the App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device settings: Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Purchases, billing, refunds, and trials are handled by Apple. For refunds, use Apple's process at https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Your responsibility for your documents
ReadyQuote is a document tool, not an accounting, tax, or legal service. You are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of the quotes and invoices you create, including prices, tax rates and amounts, business identifiers, and compliance with the laws that apply to your business. Nothing in the app is tax or legal advice.
5. Your data
Your documents and data stay on your device. You are responsible for keeping your own backups (the app provides an export feature) and for the safekeeping of any backup or CSV files you create. See the ReadyQuote Privacy Policy for details.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use ReadyQuote to create fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful documents, and you may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law or by Apple's Standard EULA.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
ReadyQuote is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim arising out of the app will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve (12) months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects consumer rights that apply to you under the mandatory laws of your place of residence.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date above and, where appropriate, notice in the app or on the App Store page. We may discontinue the app or its sale; your documents and PDFs remain on your device regardless.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the state or country where you live.
