Privacy Policy

ReadyQuote is published by PLANET TECH BILISIM LIMITED SIRKETI ("Starlabs", "we", "us"), Zühtüpaşa Mah. Şefikbey Sok. No:3-3, 34734 Kadıköy, Istanbul, Türkiye.

1. What we collect

Nothing. ReadyQuote has no user accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no servers of our own. We never see, receive, store, or transmit:

• your name, email address, or any contact details;
• your business profile, logo, customers, quotes, invoices, prices, or notes;
• your usage of the app (no analytics events, no crash reporting SDKs);
• your location, contacts, photos, or any other device data.

We do not use any third-party SDKs. There is nothing to sell or share, and we sell or share nothing.

2. Where your data lives

Everything you enter in ReadyQuote — your business details, customers, quotes, invoices, and the PDF files the app creates — is stored locally on your iPhone. Finalized PDFs are saved as regular files in the Files app (On My iPhone > ReadyQuote), fully under your control. Deleting the app deletes the app's data on the device (your saved PDFs in Files remain yours until you delete them).

3. The one exception: a small counter in your iCloud Keychain

ReadyQuote offers three free finalized documents before a subscription is required. To remember how many free documents you have used, the app stores a small counter in your device Keychain, which may sync through your personal iCloud Keychain to your other devices and persists if you delete and reinstall the app or use "Delete All Local Data".

This counter contains only a number and a plan flag. It contains no document content, no names, no amounts, and no personal information, and it never leaves Apple's Keychain infrastructure — we cannot read it; it is only read by the app on your device.

4. Purchases

Subscriptions are sold and processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Your payment details are handled by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy; we never receive them. The app checks your subscription status on-device through Apple's StoreKit framework.

5. Backups and exports you create

The app lets you export a backup file or CSV of your data. These exports are created only when you ask for them and are saved or shared wherever you choose (for example the Files app, iCloud Drive, email, or AirDrop). They can contain your business and customer data, so store and share them carefully. We never receive a copy.

6. Deleting your data

• To erase the app's data on your device: Settings > Data & Privacy > Delete All Local Data inside the app, or delete the app itself.
• Saved PDFs in the Files app are deleted by you in Files.
• The Keychain counter described in section 3 is retained by design (it prevents the free allowance from resetting) and contains no personal data.

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to delete, correct, or hand over on our side.

7. Your rights (United States / California)

ReadyQuote is distributed in the United States. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar state laws, you have rights over personal information a business collects about you. ReadyQuote collects no personal information, does not sell or share personal information, and therefore has no personal information to disclose, delete, or opt you out of. If you believe otherwise, contact us and we will respond.

8. Children

ReadyQuote is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

9. Changes to this policy

If we ever change how ReadyQuote handles data — for example, if a future version adds an online feature — we will update this policy, change the effective date above, and describe the change clearly before it applies to you.
