Frequently asked questions

Where are my PDFs saved?

Every finalized quote and invoice is saved as a real PDF in the Files app: On My iPhone > ReadyQuote (Quotes and Invoices folders). You can share, print, move, or back them up like any other file.

What's free and what's paid?

Your first 3 finalized documents are free. After that, ReadyQuote Unlimited unlocks unlimited documents: $3.99/month or $29.99/year, with a one-time 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Previews and drafts never count against your free documents.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > ReadyQuote. You can also open Settings > Subscription inside the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I restore my purchase on a new phone?

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account, then in the app go to Settings > Subscription > Restore Purchases.

How do I back up my data?

In the app: Settings > Data & Privacy > Export Backup. Save the backup file somewhere safe (for example iCloud Drive). On a new phone, use Restore Backup with that file. You can also export your documents as CSV for spreadsheets.

I edited a quote — will my old invoice change?

No. Finalized documents are permanent snapshots. Editing your business profile or a customer never rewrites documents you already issued.

How do I delete my data?

Settings > Data & Privacy > Delete All Local Data erases the app's data on your device. Saved PDFs in the Files app are yours; delete them in Files if you wish. See the Privacy Policy for the one small exception (a usage counter with no personal data).

Why is ReadyQuote US-only?

Version 1.0 is built for US businesses: US dollars, US-style sales tax, and US Letter PDFs. Other regions may come later.
